1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including our Returns & Refund Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use this website or place an order.
2. Eligibility, Age Verification & Responsibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to access this website and purchase alcohol.
We reserve the right to verify age at site entry, checkout, and delivery. Alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (21+) and valid government-issued ID.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase alcohol and agree to drink responsibly.
3. Products & Product Information
BLAZIN’ vodka is a 100-proof (50% ABV) spirit inspired by cannabis strains and botanicals. It contains no THC and no CBD.
Packaging glows under UV or fluorescent light only and does not glow in complete darkness.
Product images, descriptions, colors, and packaging are illustrative and may vary slightly between production lots.
4. Pricing, Availability & Errors
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order affected by pricing errors, inventory issues, or listing inaccuracies. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Orders, Payments & Fraud Prevention
Payments are securely processed via Authorize.Net. We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV data.
Authorize.Net may create a tokenized payment profile to support authorized repeat charges or refunds.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, refuse or cancel orders, and cancel orders due to suspected fraud or age-verification issues.
6. Shipping & Service Areas
Alcohol shipments are subject to federal, state, and local laws. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipments to any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.
We do NOT currently ship to:
Alaska (AK), Utah (UT), Alabama (AL), Hawaii (HI), North Dakota (ND), and South Dakota (SD).
Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.
7. Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon handoff to the carrier or upon delivery, depending on the applicable law of the destination state.
8. ALL SALES FINAL — Returns & Refund Policy
In accordance with federal and state law, all alcohol sales are final. Alcoholic beverages cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped or delivered.
We do not accept physical returns of alcohol under any circumstances.
Refunds or replacements may be issued only if the order was never delivered due to carrier failure, the product was damaged during transit, or the incorrect item was shipped by us.
Damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@blazinvodka.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and affected bottle(s).
Refunds will not be issued for shipped or delivered orders, refused deliveries, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery due to missing 21+ signature, change of mind, taste preference, ordering errors, or requests to change payment method after processing.
Refused or undeliverable alcohol shipments may be returned to the carrier for disposal and are not eligible for refund.
9. Checkout Confirmation Disclaimer
By placing this order, you acknowledge that alcohol sales are final and non-returnable once shipped or delivered, as required by state and federal law.
10. Promotions & Promo Codes
Promotions are time-limited and subject to availability. Unless otherwise stated, only one promo code may be used per order.
11. Intellectual Property
All site content — including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, video, and design — is owned by or licensed to Affinity Brands and protected by applicable law.
12. User-Generated Content (“Join the Party”)
By submitting or tagging content related to our brand, you grant BLAZIN’ a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use that content in any media.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to violate laws or third-party rights, attempt to bypass age verification, interfere with site security, post abusive or infringing content, or unlawfully resell or ship alcohol.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affinity Brands shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affinity Brands from claims or damages arising from your violation of these Terms.17. Third-Party Links & Widgets
We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or privacy practices.
18. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.
