We respect your privacy and process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently. Our products are for persons 21+ only. We run our store on WooCommerce and use Authorize.Net for payment processing. User-generated content may appear on our “Join the Party” section, subject to this policy.

Data you provide: name, contact details, confirmation that you are 21+, shipping and billing addresses, messages sent via site forms, and payment-related details submitted during checkout.
Automatically collected: IP address, device and browser information, language, time zone, pages viewed, on-site actions, and cookie identifiers.
From third parties: signals from our payment processor, shipping partners, anti-fraud and analytics tools, and social networks when you interact with our profiles or brand tags.

We use TLS/SSL and appropriate organizational and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7) Social Media and UGC (“Join the Party”)
By submitting content to us or posting content that references our brand tags or handles, you grant BLAZIN’ a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute that content in any media, including on the site, social feeds, advertisements, and UGC galleries. You are responsible for securing all necessary rights and permissions from rights holders and depicted individuals. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
8) Age Restrictions
The site and products are intended only for persons 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21. If such data is inadvertently collected, we will delete it.
9) Retention and International Transfers
We retain data as long as needed for the purposes described above and as required by law. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards.
