1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2) Eligibility and Responsibility
Purchases are available only to persons 21+. We may verify age at entry and at checkout. Delivery may require an adult signature and government-issued ID. Please drink responsibly.
3) Products
BLAZIN’ vodka is 100 proof, inspired by cannabis strains and botanicals, and contains. Packaging glows under UV/fluorescent light; it does not glow in total darkness. Images and descriptions on the site are illustrative and may differ from actual product lots.
4) Prices, Availability, and Errors
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We may cancel any order affected by pricing, inventory, or listing errors, with a full refund.
5) Orders, Payment, and Fraud Prevention
We may limit or refuse any order, including by quantity, region, or risk signals. Payments are processed via Authorize.Net. By purchasing, you agree to Authorize.Net’s applicable terms. We do not store full card numbers or CVV; Authorize.Net may create a token or profile to enable authorized repeat charges and refunds. We may cancel orders for suspected fraud or age-related noncompliance.
6) Shipping and Service Areas
We ship only where lawful and where we can legally fulfill orders. Current shipping states: New York (NY), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), and Texas (TX). Adult signature at delivery may be required. If delivery fails due to the absence of an eligible adult, reshipment and fees may apply.
7) Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon transfer of the order to the carrier or upon delivery, depending on the applicable law of the destination state.
8) Returns and Replacements
Alcohol returns are generally not permitted. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email sales@blazinvodka.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. After review, we may provide a replacement or refund and pursue a claim with the carrier. See any separate Return Policy if posted.
9) Promotions and Promo Codes
Promotions are time- or quantity-limited and may change or end without notice. Unless stated otherwise, only one promo code may be used per order.
10) Intellectual Property
All site content, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, video, and design, is owned by or licensed to Affinity Brands and protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11) User-Generated Content (“Join the Party”)
By submitting or tagging content associated with our brand, you grant BLAZIN’ a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, publicly display, and distribute such content in any media. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
12) Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws or third-party rights.
- Attempting to bypass age verification.
- Interfering with site operation or security.
- Posting abusive, infringing, or spam content.
- Unlawful resale or shipment of alcohol.
13) Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and all materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affinity Brands and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, or lost profits or data, arising out of or related to use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affinity Brands from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
16) Third-Party Links and Widgets
The site may include third-party links and embedded features such as social media widgets. We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.
17) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, sanctions, carrier disruptions, and network outages.
18) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable consumer rights and any mandatory dispute-resolution procedures required by law.
19) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated version is effective upon posting with the “Last Updated” date.
